Located in a former family estate, this winemaker's house has been carefully renovated to combine authenticity, contemporary decor, and modern comfort. Wine tastings and wine tourism activities can be offered on site, upon reservation and subject to availability. 🪜 Need to Know The upper floor is accessed by a suspended staircase, which is a strong architectural element of the house. Good mobility is necessary, and special vigilance is recommended with young children. Guest access Guests have the entire house as well as their private terrace facing the vineyards. Two vehicles can easily park in the courtyard, which is closed by a motorized gate. This courtyard also serves as occasional access for the host, who lives nearby. It is therefore possible to meet there occasionally, but access is organized in such a way as to preserve the tranquility and privacy of guests as much as possible. 🧺 Laundry – Access upon request The listing does not have a built-in laundry room. A full laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) is however made available free of charge on request. It is located in the basement of an annex building of the estate. Access is from time to time, after agreement, to ensure comfort, availability and proper operation of the equipment.
