You are 120 meters from Kalmar's most popular swimming area with a 180-meter-long swimming jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right in between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Only 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle avenue. There are two bicycles that can be rented for a small fee. Guest access There is a pool on the property but it is not for guests. Private only.
