It offers you plenty of space on 100m2 as well as very high-quality equipment. To help you get a good night's sleep, comfortable and high quality king-size box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and hotel-level linens await you in all bedrooms. The bedrooms can be darkened. In addition, you will find a quiet workspace with a desk in each bedroom. The apartment has a modern bathroom with large 1x1m shower and high quality glass shower. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel & shampoo. The bathroom also has a washing machine including dryer. Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO machine offers everything you need to enjoy. The cozy and large dining area for 6 people is the center of the apartment. In addition, there is a comfortable large couch as well as a cozy armchair that invites you to linger. Getting around The apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park of the house. The nearest light rail line U7 stop "Technische Akademie" is only 6 minutes on foot. From there you can get to Stuttgart central station in just 30 minutes. Stuttgart Airport and Messe Stuttgart are only 9 km away. The A8 motorway is a short drive away, so you will find an optimal transport connection. It is a 14-minute drive to the SI-Centrum (2 musical theater, multiplex cinema, wellness landscape, various restaurants & bars).
