Guest access The base price for this listing includes up to 2 guests and provides access to one bedroom only (1x queen bed). If you require additional bedrooms, these must be booked and paid for in advance as part of your reservation. Room access is strictly based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. If our cleaners find that any unbooked or unpaid beds have been used, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. When checking availability and pricing, please let us know how many bedrooms you will need so we can prepare the space accordingly. 1–2 guests: 1 room – 1x queen bed 3–4 guests: 2 rooms – 2x queen beds 5–6 guests: 3 rooms – 3x queen beds 7–8 guests: 4 rooms – 2x king single beds There is a single seater sofa bed & portacot available at the property.
