Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room on each floor. The space Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property located at 3785D Eagle Lake Rd in Lount Township which is 11 miles west of South River, Ontario, Canada (a 25 minute drive off the highway). Warbler’s Roost currently includes a Country Inn which offers six rooms available for daily or weekly rentals with a continental breakfast set out in a large room at the front of the Inn, and access is available to a large common area overlooking Deer Lake. The waterfront is just a four minute walk down the road on the property. Six private bedrooms with access to dining room, bathrooms and powder room shared with other guests. Lots of countryside for long walks and recreation. Enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, fishing, and swimming.
