2 room apartment with garden view

A small, cozy basement apartment with windows in the living room and bedroom overlooking the garden. When the weather is nice, our children love to run around in the garden and you can join them to play. :) Every now and then we also grill and eat on the terrace. Just sit there and enjoy the sun together. The space The living room has two windows, one into the garden and the other towards the vegetable patch and fruit trees. In the living room there is a fold-out couch for 2 guests. There is also a table in the living room for dining or working. The books and magazines on the shelf are welcome to read. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Through the window you can see the garden over the terrace seating area. The toilet is behind the door in the small bathroom. In front of it there is a washing machine with a shelf for towels. You will find a shower and the sink opposite the entrance. The tilt window is purely for ventilation in the bathroom and should always be tilted after use. The kitchen is just as small. A small, cozy kitchenette with a stove and sink is on the left. A small folding table is mounted on the right wall. Opposite the entrance is a shelf with spices and a small refrigerator. In the corridor that connects all the rooms you will find a place to hang up your jackets. Guest access Unfortunately, there is also access to the boiler room in the apartment. Guests are not allowed to enter the boiler room for safety reasons. The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom can be used without restrictions. Other things to note Bicycles can be parked along the wall in the hallway in front of the apartment. Please make sure that we also use the hallway to get outside with our bikes.
