The space Tedd Bear Apartment is a privately owned studio created for guests who appreciate comfort, simplicity and a calm atmosphere. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and a capsule coffee machine – everything you need for a relaxed stay. The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed for two, which easily folds away during the day to create an open and airy space. You’ll also find a small workspace and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for both work and leisure Tv and Netflix. The modern bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, toiletries and all essential amenities. Tedd Bear Apartment is suitable for short or medium-term stays and is ideal for solo travellers, couples and business guests visiting Brno for work, study or training. Thanks to the 24/7 reception, you can check in anytime after 4:00 pm – day or night. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire studio and all its amenities, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. The building is equipped with an elevator for easy and comfortable access to the apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy café and bakery offering fresh pastries and small treats throughout the day. Guests are also welcome to use the small fitness area, the stylish shared lounge ideal for meetings or focused work, and the outdoor grill. Availability and reservations for these shared facilities are managed directly at the reception. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate and help keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Parking: Underground garage parking (maximum height 2.0 m) is available upon request, with limited capacity – please ask before booking. Alternatively, street parking is available nearby in Zone C: free on weekends, and paid on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM (approximately 30 CZK/hour). The apartment is completely private and not shared with other guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, out of respect for other residents in the building. Please note that cleaning services are not provided during the stay.
