The space Set across two levels, Villa San Buenaventura offers elegant outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and comfortable summer living. The upper level features a spacious covered terrace that connects directly to the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, furnished with inviting sofas and a large dining table for al-fresco meals while enjoying beautiful views over Port d’Addaia’s marina. The lower level opens onto a lush garden with mature palms and plants surrounding the private swimming pool. Here you will find sunbeds for relaxing in the sunshine and a shaded porch with table and chairs, an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee or to cool off after a swim. Villa San Buenaventura is bright and comfortable, with a layout designed to make the most of the wonderful views and exterior. The main living level includes a spacious lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all on the entrance level. On the lower floor, with direct access to the pool and garden, there is a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A small TV is available in the lounge for guest use, and all bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning to ensure a cool and restful stay throughout the summer months. Please note that we do not accept children under 8 years of age at this property. Note: The government ecotax, 2.00 €/night/person over 16 years of age, is not included in the price and all guests must pay a 300 € security deposit that will be refunded on departure.
