Cosy Cotswold cottage with hot tub and sauna.

Country cottage located in a beautiful village right on the edge of the Cotswolds. Three bedrooms , sleeps five. Jaccuzzi and infrared sauna in a separate building in the large garden . Pets very welcome . Footpath right on your doorstep. Farmers dog , Cotswold wildlife park and Crocodiles of the world all within a 10 min drive . The space Three bedrooms . Two are double in size with king size double beds and the third is a single with a single bed. Upstairs Bathroom with loo, bath and shower . Sitting room with Tv and seating for 5 linked with dual access wood burning stove ( firewood provided) to the dining room / second seating area . Dining room table seats 6 comfortably. Small kitchen with dishwasher , electric oven/hob, microwave, barista style coffee machine ( please bring own beans ) and all usual cutlery and crockery. There is an entrance lobby to hang coats and store shoes/boots etc . About 5 steps from the front door is the garage where you’ll find the second loo and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer . There is a large garden to enjoy with the spa room placed in the middle of it enjoying views over the fields . The spa includes a 5 man hot tub an infrared sauna and a shower . There is parking at the property for 4 cars comfortably . Pets are allowed but only downstairs , there is a stair gate to stop pets from going upstairs . All bedding and towels are provided . Things to bring ; Flip flops / sliders to get to and from the spa . Towels are provided but an extra is always a good idea. Guest access Self check in can be arranged but I like to see guests in if I can.
