This large, peaceful, quiet house offers all the comforts for a wonderful stay with family or friends. With its beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi heated all year round, large terrace and fenced garden not overlooked. Close to the center of Saint Saëns where you will find many shops 5 minutes from the cottage. Close to the Eawy forest, close to Rouen, Dieppe beach... Many family activities (Canadian park, Clères zoo, Bocasse Park...). The space The cottage consists of: - Ground floor: Living room with access to the indoor pool, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet. All doors on the ground floor > 81 cm. - 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, and 1 with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bathroom and a separate toilet. - Pool: heated and open all year round 3 m x 7.50 m and 1.50 m deep, with a jacuzzi and a 40 cm deep beach.
