The space Unique space in the heart of Miami's booming Upper East Side/MiMo District. Fully restored 1930's building. 2 BRs plus den (can function as third bedroom). The home features an eclectic mix of vintage furnishings. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattresses, down pillows, and 100% cotton sateen sheets. The sunroom can function as a third bedroom, and is equipped with a quality air mattress and bedding. For families traveling with infants or small children, a crib is available upon request. Large backyard features patio and grill decked out with vintage 1950's glider patio set. Guests are also welcome to fruit when in season from the Property mango, avocado, star fruit, & lychee trees. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy as well as the building grounds including private backyard. Other things to note Check-in time is after 3 PM, unless an earlier time is approved prior to arrival (Generally not a problem if I have no resident checking out same day). Check-out time is 12 noon, unless a later time is preapproved (Again not a problem if I don't have same days guest arriving).
