The location This exclusively furnished vacation home is located in a vacation home settlement in Stahlbrode near Rügen, just 70 m from the Greifswald Bodden. Stahlbrode is a small, natural fishing village in the municipality of Sundhagen and is centrally located in northern Western Pomerania about 12 km away from Stralsund and Greifswald. From Stahlbrode harbor you have a direct ferry connection to the Baltic island of Rügen. Bread rolls and also fresh or smoked fish can be bought at the harbor (about 1.5 km), the nearest shopping is in Reinberg (about 4 km). The amenities The cottage with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been extensively renovated. It has one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and another bedroom with a corner bunk bed. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with a large freezer compartment, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and toaster. A lush dining table right by the fireplace seduces you to long conversations and dining in a cozy atmosphere. The cozy living room in the bright conservatory invites you to relax with a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV (SAT). The entire living area and also the shower room are equipped with underfloor heating. End the day in the beautiful beach chair after a great day of exploration.
