Cozy room in villa, with private bath

Cozy room in new house (from 2017), location at the top of Lia. Good access with city bus and parking space if you have a car Great hiking opportunities in the area and a short way to the city center. We are an active family with children, so it can be lively in the house but plenty of space. We offer a private bathroom on the 2nd floor close to the room that is rented out and there is a TV with cromecast. Kitchen and fridge can be used if desired/ upon agreement. There is also a garden and terrace that can be used by appointment 😊 The space The house is located at the top of Lia at Kongsvinger, with great views over the city, the fortress and Glomma. Hiking trails in the forest start at our lot😊 Plenty of room for one person in the room but can also work for two, bed 120cm.
