Our two different decking areas will allow you to sit and just enjoy nature. The upstairs deck is right outside the living area with a great view of the river and all the wild life. Downstairs decking has multiple sitting areas where you can sit and enjoy friends and family while grilling or fishing on our private pier. The main cabin sleeps up to 6 guests for more guests we rent the Bunk House for ADDITIONAL FEE. Please ask. Guest access Rio Verde is composed of two units. Our main unit accommodates up to 6 guests (3 queen beds, two couches) If you need more space for more guests, we have unit two(bunk house) which can accommodate 5 guests (2 queen beds one day bed) Available for additional fee. Feel free to inquire about our place and its accommodations. Other things to note If you are a couple or have bigger groups visit our sister properties ECO CABIN and Gorgeous Cottage by the Cape Fear River for availability and rates. We DO NOT provide linens or towels. It can be added for an additional fee. The cleaning fee is for sanitizing the whole area and have it ready for the next guests. Guests are required to leave the cabin like you found it. That includes floors, bathroom, dishes, appliances and all areas used. ***Some of our amenities are seasonal and subject to change without prior notice*** Due to the remoteness of our place an AWD vehicle with tire clearance MAY BE NECESSARY during prolonged rainy days. Please ask for more DETAILS. There is a fire pit outside the cabin. Guests need to bring your own firewood and other supplies. There is a flat top grill. Guests need to be their own supplies. Due to proximity to the river, bug spray is highly recommended. There is a dryer and a washing machine on premises at no cost. Guests need to bring their own supplies. Bring dish detergent. We are pet friendly. Pets need to be 1.5 years of age or older. House broken and crate trained (preferably) Pets need to be up to date with flea and tick medicine. Pets are to be monitored at all time while on premises. Pet owners are responsible to clean and dispose after their pets.
