It has a double bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a spacious bathroom, FREE parking, and a backyard ready to welcome you. Sleeps up to three people. Additional guests are allowed only upon payment of an additional fee per person, in advance at the time of booking. Apartment surrounded by green space, located in a residential complex a 10-minute drive from downtown. So, welcome everyone. The space First-floor apartment with windows in every room, which makes the place very airy. Clean and pleasant environment. Simple but very quiet and safe neighborhood. The living room can be made even more spacious by moving the sofa at the time of check-in. After this point, it will no longer be permitted to move the furniture. Due to an official cartographic issue on Google Maps (a common problem in rural areas of Brazil), the GPS may recalculate the route, but we will send the location via chat to ensure there are no difficulties in accessing the property.
