The space The bright ground-floor apartment “EG" im Huus Binnensee” features a winter garden, covered terrace and garden with wide views of the inland lake, marina and Fehmarnsund Bridge. Two bedrooms (double bed 180×200 cm, extendable bed 80/160×200 cm) make it ideal for couples or grandparents with a grandchild. Open kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, Wi-Fi & Smart TV. One dog allowed. Quiet location in Neue Tiefe, South Beach within walking distance. Parking space and bike shed included. Guest access Guests have the ground-floor apartment entirely to themselves during their stay. Access is via a key safe -this allows flexible check-in from 4 pm. A free parking space is available directly in front of the garage. Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed or on the terrace. Other things to note Small children are welcome. A travel cot with mattress and an IKEA high chair are available and can easily be taken from the cupboard if needed. Please note: There is no bedding provided for the travel cot, and children’s tableware is not available. A selection of children’s toys for different age groups is provided. One dog is welcome (maximum 1 dog). The garden is mostly fenced but not fully escape-proof. Dogs should therefore remain under supervision at all times when in the garden. Guests are responsible for their dog during the stay, and any waste must of course be removed.
