Ardmore House B&B
Description
Ardmore House is a beautiful cosy old victorian villa, believed to have been built for a sea captain. We have just 2 letting bedrooms - one has a superking size bed and private separate bathroom. The other has a double & single bed, allowing it to be used as a double or a twin, and has an ensuite. Downstairs there is a lovely cosy lounge with a wood burning stove. Breakfast is included - help yourself to home-made granola, home-made bread to toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit, good coffee/tea etc. The space Bedroom 2 in Ardmore House has a double bed and also a single bed, so it is ideal for guests wanting to share the double bed, or as a twin, having their own bed each. This room also has an en-suite, with shower, wc and basin, which comes supplied with toiletries. The room has a seating area, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat screen TV. Downstairs, the two guest bedrooms share the cosy lounge with wood burning stove, which is where you help yourself to breakfast. Guest access Guests are welcome to use their reserved bedroom, plus there is a lovely guest lounge/dining room where breakfast is served, which is shared between the two guest bedrooms. There is also a table and chairs in the garden which guests are welcome to use. During your stay My husband Trevor and I both live permanently at Ardmore House, and so we are usually on hand should you need anything. Having spent many years running our own tiny artisan bakeries in North Yorkshire, we can often be found in the kitchen, devising new tasty treats, or otherwise we will be outside, tending the produce in our little croft garden. Other things to note Both of our guest bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs, and the shared guest lounge/dining room is on the ground floor.
