The space The popular market town of Chorley, steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful countryside, is within 4 miles and boasts a number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. For a day at the beach, take a short drive to one of the vibrant coastal towns of either Southport or Lytham, both within a 30-mile radius. On entering the property, you are greeted by a light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting a wood burner, Smart TV and double doors that open out to the patio area. The kitchen area is stylish and well fitted, offering everything you need to cook up a three-course meal, or whip up a quick snack, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. A built-in dining table separates the lounge and kitchen areas and is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, prepared on the Nespresso coffee machine. Along the corridor, the double bedroom has been lovingly styled to provide a restful retreat, with patio doors opening out to make the most of the countryside views. To complete the interior of the property is a spacious bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there is a patio area that has a BBQ and private hot tub; a fantastic place to lie back and unwind after a day exploring the local area.
