"MUSCARI", charming and pretty friendly villa for 4/6 people, 300 m from Pinarello beach and 700 m from the seaside village. No doubt you'll enjoy walking there! 2 bedrooms (160 cm beds) and 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed is in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen and bay window opening onto the pleasantly landscaped garden with a deck chair, BBQ and table for lunch. Bed sheets, bath towels and cleaning at the end of the stay are included. The space Villa built in 2020. Spacious bedrooms, neat decor. Each bedroom has its own shower room. Pleasant garden. Other things to note Pinarello beach is 400 m away. Restaurants 800 m away. Gas for the barbecue is not provided. The included cleaning includes: Cleaning/maintenance of floors, toilets, bathrooms, windows, dust, countertop and sink/washbasin. When you leave: - Garbage cans, dishwashers, fridge must be empty and clean. - The barbecue, oven, fridge and appliances must be clean. - Dishes and furniture put back in place as found on arrival. As a result, a "housekeeping" deposit check of €100 is to be deposited upon arrival, or bank transfer before arrival. It will be cashed if the above conditions are not respected.
