Wellness suite: water view, sauna, fitness & pool

Enjoy the peace, water and good air - in our wellness suite for max. 4-5 people. Our highlights for you: Stylish living/sleeping area with access to the spacious loggia overlooking the garden and the water. Enjoy the swimming pool (approx. 1.60–1.80 m deep & approx. 27 degrees), the fitness and wellness area with fitness equipment, plunge pool, sauna, and chill-out area overlooking the Peenestrom. Parking is free right by the house. The space The 70 sqm wellness suite is located on the upper floor of a spacious family house right on the water. You share the same entrance to the house with the owner and other guests. Right in the hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor to the suite. Upstairs is also the fitness area with various equipment (e.g. treadmill, dumbbells). The suite is equipped with a full bathroom, vanity, toilet, shower, bathtub and bidet. The open living and sleeping area is stylishly furnished. Here you will find a large double bed as well as a cozy sofa bed for two people. The highlight here is the large loggia (8 sqm), equipped with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the Peene River. Prepare a delicious coffee for this in our small coffee bar (kitchenette - with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, microwave with baking function and a fridge/freezer - NO kitchen) The spacious separate dressing room with built-in mirror cabinet serves as a retreat and sleeping option for one person with a single bed. An ironing room as well as a washing machine and dryer can be shared in the hallway of the upper floor. In the garden you can use a cozy fireplace with fixed garden furniture directly on the water. The wellness area is located on the ground floor of the house. Here is the sauna, a plunge pool, a large swimming pool (1.60-1.80 m deep & continuously about 27 degrees) as well as a chill-out area with sun loungers and the wide view of the water. You can unwind here! This area is available to all guests of our house as well as the owner of the house. This suite offers sleeping options with 1 large Double bed, the sofa bed and the single bed for a total of max. 5 people. Right next door (in the same staircase) we offer a "wellness apartment" WITH kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and two sofa beds. So if it is to be a larger family vacation, both apartments can be used. A first set of equipment is available: toilet paper, dish towel, kitchen roll, garbage bags, soap Other recreational opportunities we are happy to offer you: Water sports (kayak, canoe, stand-up paddling, jet ski, etc.) Bike rental Boat rental (without driver's license) Please talk to us about this if you are interested! One parking space is available free of charge at the house. You don't need to bring sheets and towels - we prepare everything. We can provide you with a children's travel cot or high chair on request.
