Open plan studio, fully equipped kitchen, stove and oven. Wooden floors, high ceilings, windows surround. Comfy Queen size bed. Set in the trees in a beautiful peaceful street. 10 mins walk to beach. 7 mins drive to Brunswick Heads. 20 mins to Byron. 15 mins to Mullumbimby. Many delicious cafes and restaurants nearby. 5 minute drive to the New Brighton Farmers Market every Tuesday morning and the Salty Mangrove cafe next to markets. Also very close to the Ocean Shores shopping centre. The space The studio is situated on the same property as the main house that we live in - while the studio is above the carport and highset and private, please note that the main house is approximately 20meters away and so there may be usual (child free) household activity during your stay if we're around. Also located on the property is our office studio which is visible from the windows of the studio that we also access from time to time.
