It’s multi-level garden is the perfect vantage point for looking out to sea, the top level decking makes a great place for a glass of wine in the sunshine. Conveniently situated on the main road which leads to nearby Menai Bridge which is just five minutes by car along the coast. Beaumaris is the same in the opposite direction. The space Bay Tree Cottage was lovingly renovated to a beautiful standard five years ago. The attention to detail is apparent from the moment you arrive at the property. Many original features remain within the cottage complementing the modern touches also included throughout. The conservatory, through which you enter the cottage offers stunning views across the Menai Strait towards North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park. Both bedrooms offer yet more incredible views across the Straight. The luxurious bathroom contains a large walk in shower, toilet and a sumptuous slipper bath. The bath is positioned beneath a sky light, ideal for star gazing at the end of the day. The mature garden offers multiple seating areas to allow you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The upper deck an excellent spot to enjoy your morning coffee; the lower patio perfect for an evening glass of bubbly.
