City Beach | Oasis with Pool&Tennis Court

This wonderful two-bedroom apartment is ideal for visiting Oporto and spending some time at the beach. The quiet environment and pool in the apartment complex make a great stay for solo travelers, couples, and families with children. By bicycle (included) or on foot, it's just 2km from the beach and 600 meters from the train station. It's also close to Gaia's city center and commercial area. 35644/AL The space The 2 balconies are wonderful to spend some time. One is faced south, ideal for meals and snacks with a wood table and chairs. The other is faced to the seaside and is wonderful to read a book at sunset. Guest access You can enjoy the condo swimming pool and tennis court. The swimming pool is seasonal and normally is opened from mid-May to mid-October. Other things to note - It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €50/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib at a cost of €30 (pre-booking required). - The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the available bed capacity. If you wish to use it with fewer guests, an additional fee of 20€ will apply. - Reservations with animals need confirmation and have an additional cost of €40. - There is a dossier with detailed rules about the property in digital format whose address is posted in the apartment. - All guests must present a valid ID. - There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included). - A city tax is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia. - The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
