It will allow you the time to get here look around and enjoy what is on offer in the area. We have designed this property specifically for visitors to experience and discover what the town of Queenstown and surrounding has to offer. There is a guide book showing attractions and things to discover. locally .Two walls have custom made murals, depicting local scenery. There are many other prints and items all displaying local content. One of the few properties with two bedrooms and two seperate bathrooms , both with UNDERFLOOR HEATING, a real luxury. One has a private en suite with a bath tub which has an extremely unique picturesque rock wall as a backdrop viewed via a large window, whilst bathing. The other is next to the other bedroom located at the other end of the house. A third room is a large space which contains a massive comfy sofa bed. When planning your visit, we highly recommend staying for at least two nights. This gives you plenty of time to arrive, settle in, explore Queenstown, and experience everything this unique West Coast destination has to offer. One of the property’s standout features is its rare layout, offering two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, both equipped with luxurious underfloor heating. The master bedroom features a private ensuite with a bathtub positioned beside a large window overlooking a unique natural rock wall adorned with ferns, creating a truly memorable and relaxing bathing experience. The second bathroom is located beside the second bedroom at the opposite end of the house, providing excellent privacy for families, couples travelling together, or groups of friends. A third spacious bedroom room offers additional flexibility. It features a large, comfortable sofa bed and can also be used as a second living area, games room, workspace, or quiet reading retreat. This room has convenient access to the second bathroom while maintaining its own sense of privacy. Double-glazed, tinted windows throughout the home provide warmth, comfort, and privacy while allowing you to enjoy the surrounding views. The well-equipped kitchen has been designed with simplicity and functionality in mind and includes everything you need during your stay. Guests can enjoy a coffee pod machine, washing machine, breakfast bar, and picturesque views over the town. There is a clothes dryer located in the carport area. Undercover parking for two vehicles is available directly beside the back entrance, with space for two additional vehicles if required.
