In the charming village of Pescocostanzo, one of the pearls of Abruzzo, a spacious and comfortable house welcomes you, ideal for families and groups of friends. The generous spaces, three bedrooms and two bathrooms guarantee comfort and privacy for all guests. The house is perfect in every season, both for a holiday in the snow and for a stay dedicated to relaxation and nature. The reserved parking space completes the experience, making your stay practical and carefree. The space Detached house on two levels, ideal for families and groups. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and direct access to the large garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can also be transformed into bunk beds and a second bathroom. The layout of the rooms guarantees functionality, comfort and optimal management of the spaces at any time of the year. We would like to inform you that the apartment is regularly equipped with sheets and duvets. Towels, on the other hand, are not provided and must therefore be brought directly by guests. Guest access Once the car is parked, access to the house is through the entrance courtyard. The house is on the ground floor, easily accessible and also convenient for families and groups. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., which is the time required to allow for the proper cleaning and preparation of the accommodation. Upon request and subject to availability, early access is possible for luggage storage only. Check-in can be done in person or via self check-in. In the latter case, all the useful information for access will be provided after booking and close to the arrival time. Check-out must be by 10 a.m. Beyond this time, a surcharge may be requested.
