The space The accommodation consists of two beautiful main rooms: a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large comfortable bedroom. It also has a spacious bathroom. The living room opens onto a large picture window that leads to a small private outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment. The living room area invites you to relax with a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed (140 x 190 cm), a coffee table and a large TV. The functional and well-organized kitchen has everything you need for your cooking: stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, L'Or coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. You can then go through the curtain to access the bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) with quality bedding. The walls, the exposed stone ceiling and the soft lighting create a cozy and soothing atmosphere, ideal for a good night's sleep. Storage space is available for your belongings. The carefully furnished bathroom has a shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and an antique cabinet with a sink and mirror. Linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The accommodation is equipped with very high speed Wi-Fi as well as a TV. You have radiator heating for optimal comfort. Note: This accommodation is located in a renovated cellar. Although it is maintained and cleaned very regularly, a feeling of dampness may be experienced depending on weather conditions. Guest access The place is entirely dedicated to you. You have a small private terrace in front of the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation does not have a parking space, but free parking is located less than 100 m away. You can park in front of the building gate while you load/unload your belongings. The accommodation is located in a vaulted cellar, the ceiling height may be low in places. No animals allowed. Parties are not allowed. The home has stairs. Access to the accommodation is autonomous via a secure key box.
