One-story house, in Mediterranean style, "on the sand," with a beautiful view of the reservoir. Known as Casa Santorini, the place is ideal for those looking for a cozy retreat to enjoy with family and friends. There are 4 en-suites, all with air-conditioning, a swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and fireplace. The 7500 m2 plot is located in a gated community on the banks of the dam in the Avaré-SP region. The house accommodates up to 8 adults and 3 children (or babies). The space We have 2 kayaks, life jackets for adults and children, a beach tennis court, board games, slackline and balls. Full kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, water filter, simple coffee maker and Nespresso, as well as washing machine and dryer. Air-conditioned living and dining room. We provide bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets and covers. Guest access The condominium has a 24-hour concierge with cameras and night patrol. Other things to note The house has fiber optic internet, cable TV and Netflix. For holidays and school holidays, the minimum number of nights may vary. Natal (December 19 - 25) New Year (December 27th to January 3rd) Carnival (February 13-18) The condominium does not allow parties and events, nor live music. It is not allowed to receive visitors. We refer employees who can be hired to help with cleaning and cooking. The city's supermarket delivers to the condominium. We help with a shopping list suggestion based on the dishes that employees are used to preparing. Homes: Suite 1: 1 Queen bed + 1 bunk bed. Suite 2: 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed and bed.
