The second bedroom is automatically available for bookings of 3 or more travellers. The space - Large bright double living room with Netflix smart TV, Yamaha sound bar and balcony access, tastefully decorated - New fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Shower room with towel dryer and washing machine, separate toilet - Very large dressing room in the hallway and wardrobe in the closet (lots of storage ++) - Large, very convenient entrance ⚠️ Please note that bedroom 2 is not suitable for 2 tall adults. It is a 140 x 190 bed so suitable for one adult or two adults of medium or small size or two children 🧒 📍A free parking space secured by a gate behind the residence. Elevator and locked bicycle room in the lobby. ⚠️ Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are steps to access the entrance hall and elevator too small for a wheelchair The entrance is autonomous, you can arrive from 5 p.m. (or before if cleaning is ok) or later in the night, you are free. Everything can be done on foot: Leclerc drive 2 min, restaurants and shops 5 min, market with fruits and vegetables at the foot of the building, Total gas station at the foot of the building, charging station for electric car next door Guest access ⚠️ For 1 person only, 1 room only will be available.
