Welcome to the "Nido di Somadino", a small, comfortable and cozy accommodation just like a nest. The space It is a large studio apartment (about 38 square meters) completely renovated and furnished with care. The accommodation is located in Somadino, a small hamlet of the Municipality of Casargo, with independent entrance, only a 2-minute walk from the parking lot (two very large ones available) and supermarket and a 5-minute walk from the town center. In the village and in the nearby hamlets/villages there are several bars/restaurants/pizzerias. The location is great for getting to Alpe Paglio and Alpe Giumello in a few minutes by car and about 20 minutes to get to Lake Como. The studio apartment is well-structured and consists of a living area that is separated from the double bed by a wooden wall with a curtain to create more privacy. The living area has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer basket, microwave, Lavazza a Modo Mio coffee machine (some pods will already be available and can be purchased at the supermarket near the house). There is also salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar. The living area is divided by a wooden wall beyond which there is a comfortable double bed with drawers and a large walk-in closet. It is possible to add a single cot or a baby cot to spend a family vacation in the best possible way. The bathroom is modern and functional. It has a bathtub/shower, bidet, washbasin with cabinet and a washing machine at your disposal. The outdoor area, overlooking our beautiful mountains, is ideal for spending a relaxing time in the greenery. Guest access Access is completely independent, ensuring privacy and freedom during your stay. Check-in is flexible as there is a lockbox with a code that will be communicated once booking confirmation is received. Just a 2-minute walk away are two large parking lots, one more in the other while the other is located where the supermarket is located.
