The space Our space is a large house with high ceilings and wooden windows that ensure natural ventilation and a cozy and elegant atmosphere. | LEISURE AREA Outside, the highlight is the 200,000-liter pool, which receives sun throughout the day and is surrounded by tables and umbrellas, creating the perfect environment to relax, enjoy the sun and enjoy leisure time. For the peace of mind of families, the space also has a children's pool, designed for children to have fun safely. The space also has a court and a large green area, with lawn and fruit trees, providing direct contact with nature and a perfect environment to relax, walk and enjoy the outdoors. THE POOL IS PART OF THE PROPERTY AND IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS (IT IS NOT A CONDOMINIUM POOL) | OUTDOOR AREA Outside there is an L-shaped balcony, equipped with 2 large tables and a freezer, ideal for group meals. There is also a separate barbecue area with a movable barbecue grill, which can be taken to the area of the trees near the pool, creating different possibilities for using the space. ROOMS | The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double beds and 5 single beds, accommodating everyone comfortably. The living room is spacious, perfect for moments of socializing or relaxation, and for this we provide various books on the rack and in the bedrooms. | BATHROOMS We have 2 bathrooms and 2 restrooms (female and male) | WAREHOUSE For your convenience, we also provide an Honest Warehouse inside the property, where you can easily pick up essential items such as charcoal, oil, and other basics without having to leave the space — total convenience to better enjoy your stay. Guest access All areas described are for the guest's exclusive access. You can access all of them on the same lot! Other things to note We are available to make adjustments or customizations whenever possible to ensure your stay is pleasant. The request just needs to be made in advance and be within our means. IMPORTANT: We do not currently provide bed linens or towels. Guests are responsible for these items.
