The space The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area and 2 balconies. There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment, including all bedrooms. All bedrooms have ocean views. The spacious main bedroom has a king-size extra length bed, dressing table/desk for remote working and a small, private Juliet balcony. The main bedroom's ensuite bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a dressing table/desk with sea views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and sea views. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The open plan layout integrates the luxurious interiors with the expansive patios, creating an indoor/outdoor living experience. This open plan living area features a 6-seater dining room table. The large main balcony features 2 sun loungers, an 8-seater outdoor dining table and a weber kettle braai. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, Gas stove & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The main lounge features comfortable seating and a flat-screen 55' smart TV with DSTV and Netflix. This unit is also equipped with a backup power inverter system. Ensuring uninterrupted power during your stay. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. The Santorini Estate has direct access to two stunning beaches. The first being the beautiful Perissa beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's main beach. Perissa beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming although there are no lifeguards. The second option is the popular Thompson's Bay beach which features the charming hole-in-the-wall and a 100m long tide pool with colorful fish for hours of tranquil, safe snorkeling. The unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ballito's main beaches. The Simbithi golf course is next door to Santorini, while the Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10 minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 20min drive from the estate. Guest access The guests are provided with a temporary access permit to the Santorini security estate during their stay. The apartment has a dedicated parking garage. There are additional visitors parking bays within the estate should guests have more than one car. Overnight access is limited to a maximum of 6 registered guests. Day visitors are allowed only by arrangement with the host. Other things to note No party groups are permitted at these premises. 37 Perissa is a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Guests are provided with bath and beach towels. We supply initial toilet paper, liquid soap, hand soap, initial dishwashing liquid and sponge. Complimentary starter supplies of tea, rooibos tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper and olive oil are provided. The unit is cleaned daily except for Sundays and public holidays. For bookings longer than one week we will change the linen every 7 days.
