This cozy space has a large, comfortable bed and a cozy seating area to enjoy your day. The room is in a quiet residential area, not far from De Huet station. The Montferland, recreation lake Stroombroek and the city are close. The space It is a large bedroom (15m2) on the first floor of my home. The room is located at the rear of the house. There is also a separate seat, for 2 people. A closet is available for storing your belongings. The shared bathroom is right across from the bedroom. Guest access You have access to the room, an area in the attic where the washing machine is also located, and the shared bathroom. By arrangement, you can use the kitchen, the living room (with TV), and the sunny garden with a seating area. Other things to note I like to greet people personally, and I also leave my guests alone. I am often at home, but not always present all day. If I am not there, contact via the app is the easiest. I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. For this, I charge a fee of €7.50 per person.
