The house stands on the northern coast of Brehat island, close to the semaphore. One minute from the shore (baie de la Corderie), ten minutes away from a variety of safe beaches. The area provides multiple possibilities for walks through the moors, and footpaths leading to spectacular landmarks. The house was entirely renovated in 2008. Entrance for coats and shoes. Kitchen totaly equipped (sink, dishwashing machine, stove and oven, refrigerator, linen washing machine) tiled. Lounge with wood stove couch, armchairs and boudoir with couch and armchairs. Bicycles can be rented near the entrance harbour.
