Welcome to Appennino Inn View! We offer a completely independent accommodation with a private entrance, located in a section of the house where we owners live. The entire outdoor area (garden and pool) is shared exclusively between us and you, the guests. It is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, immersed in the nature of the Apennines. The space The accommodation is a cozy and bright open-space. At the entrance, you will find the kitchen; from here, through a wide open archway (no door), you access the main room featuring a double bed, two armchairs, and the TV. The full private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Important note: Wi-Fi works perfectly inside the house, but the signal does not reach the garden and pool area. Guest access You will have full access to your accommodation and the entire outdoor area. Check-in: We love to welcome you in person, but if we are away, you can self check-in via an outdoor lockbox with a code. Detailed instructions will be provided. Pool (Open May 1st – October 15th): It is not fenced and there are no strict hours, but we kindly ask you to use common sense and avoid swimming at night. We do not host other tourists: the pool is for the exclusive use of you and the two of us owners (with possible but sporadic visits from our friends or family). Garden Area: Shared space with us, equipped with tables, benches, and a gas BBQ at your disposal. Other things to note Meals & Grocery: We do not provide breakfast or meals. This is a self-catering accommodation, so food is entirely the guests' responsibility. Nearby Restaurant: There is a small traditional restaurant 3.5 km away. We highly recommend driving there. Walking is strongly discouraged, especially after dark, as the road is completely unlit and wild animals may be around. Dinner Booking: If you wish to dine there (especially on your arrival day), please let us know in advance: we will check availability and book a table for you (seating is limited).
