Any excessive noise, unauthorised visitors or breach of house rules may result in the booking being cancelled without refund. Hot tubs are professionally serviced and may not be at full temperature on the first evening. Outdoor features (BBQ, fire pit, hot tubs) must be used responsibly and in line with the house rules.
