Welcome to Casa Playa, a luxurious retreat on Mallorca's East Coast - a stone's throw away from the prestigious Blue Flag-rated sandy beach of Cala Murada. Nestled along a tree-lined avenue and embraced by a protected pine forest, it seamlessly combines comfort, style and tranquility creating an idyllic Mediterranean haven. It's 2 stories tall with a light spacious hallway and landing with 3 bedrooms upstairs & one downstairs double bedroom with a private en-suite. We welcome groups, but it's important to know this is a family area and no parties or noise is welcome. ** ~ There are 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet so you can be sure of no queuing for the bathroom! ~ There's private off street car parking for a vehicle directly outside the house. ~ The outside veranda has direct access from the kitchen and is the hub of the home and has been the focal point for families & friends relaxing by the pool with a comfortable & indulgent seating area to accommodate everyone. ~ As this house has been built for bringing people together, there are plenty of platters & dishes that you can rely upon. ~ For families with little ones, there are some toys & books and other bits n bobs in the house which will keep little ones entertained. The space is great for families and friends who want to spend time together. Layout of the house is a follows:- * GROUND FLOOR * Entrance to hallway with a large double bedroom to the right with it's own en-suite. To the left is a downstairs toilet. As you walk through the marble lined hallway, you are welcomed into a lounge with a large corner sofa unit with beautiful lights and a TV. An indoor dining table sits to the left as you enter a modern kitchen which is well stocked should you wish to prepare your own food. Through the kitchen is a utility room with a full sized fridge / freezer as well as a washing machine & tumble dryer. The iron / iron board is also available here. * 1ST FLOOR * Main Bedroom Suite - very good sized bedroom with a king-size bed with a recently refurbished en-suite walk in double shower & toilet. As you open the French doors, you are welcome to a balcony where you can use as your private sunbathing area or have drinks at night-time whilst gazing at the stars. A well sized back bedroom has 2 new beautiful single beds with a wardrobe & side units to store your belongings. Another bedroom with 2 beautiful new single beds sits at the front of the house and between these 2 bedrooms, sits another recently renovated shower room with a double walk in shower. Our friends and family love staying in our property that we pour a lot of love and attention into. Casa Playa has high speed internet connection. Netflix / Amazon prime is available in house.
