The space 🏠 The Villa Welcome to Villa il Poggiolino, an exclusive refuge surrounded by greenery, spacious, bright and relaxing. Designed to offer comfort, privacy and tranquility. The indoor and outdoor spaces are generous and well laid out, and the property can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Outside, there is also a heated whirlpool tub, ideal for moments of relaxation in every season. 🛋️ Zone Living Inside, the house is spread across multiple levels. The living area is very large and includes a large living room with a relaxation area, comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV and dining area with tempered glass and marble table for 8 people. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, and access to the main entertainment platforms. There is also an elevated relaxation area overlooking the living room, with a sofa bed, armchairs, and a workstation suitable for remote working. 🍽️ Kitchen The kitchen is separate, spacious, and fully equipped, with all the appliances and utensils needed for short or long stays, including a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary accessories. It is equipped with a separate dining area (dining room), which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for convivial meals in a functional and private environment. 🛏️ Rooms and Suites The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are communicating, furnished with care and equipped with comfortable beds, quality linen and views of the greenery. There is also a heated whirlpool tub, perfect for enjoying the view of the Tuscan hills in total relaxation. Overall, the house offers large, functional and well-organized spaces, ideal for families or groups who want to experience a stay surrounded by nature, in a private, elegant and welcoming environment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and all the spaces of the property. The entire house, private garden, outdoor relaxation areas, outdoor dining area, and all indoor spaces of the house are included. The property is fully reserved for guests during their stay and is not shared with other people. Access is via a private road and gate, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Other things to note Important note prior to booking: The property is a vacation rental located in a rural and quiet area. We provide guests with the entire house, which is fully equipped with a kitchen, appliances, dishes, utensils, bed linens, and everything needed for normal use of the accommodation. As this is a vacation rental and not an accommodation facility with hotel service, we do not provide food, beverages, or a welcome pantry. We therefore recommend that guests make arrangements before their arrival and bring with them, or purchase in advance, everything they might need for eating and drinking during their stay. The house is located in a rural area, so we especially recommend that guests arriving in the evening do their grocery shopping before reaching the property. This way, once you arrive, you can simply settle in and enjoy your stay in total peace of mind. VERY IMPORTANT ⬇️ To reach the villa, there is a short stretch of about 170 meters of dirt road, with a surface of earth and small stones, typical of the Tuscan countryside. The stretch can normally be navigated with a standard car; we simply recommend proceeding at a moderate speed and with the normal caution expected on an unpaved road.
