New & cosy house near to Bourneville & Birmingham University or Queen Elizabeth Hospital, close to gyms, bus & train station. Short walk to Tesco & ATM, Close to Countryside and Parks & Birmingham centre. Free parking at the house with own driveway. Very safe neighbourhood. The space Light, airy, warm and cosy, very clean and modern house in a new build area. Very safe neighbourhood. Large garden and patio. There's free parking in front of the house, all along the street. It's a quiet and save neighbourhood. Guest access Access to guest bedroom, guest bathroom and kitchen. Use of dining area is limited to having meals. Working or other activities should be carried out in the room that has been booked. Other bedrooms, bathrooms or living room remain private to myself. During your stay I'm happy to explain things around the house and have brief conversations. I'm generally a private person and will leave you your space. I'm busy and working a lot during the day hence need to recharge my batteries with some quiet time to myself in the evenings. I often work away or stay over at friends so you may find the house to yourself at times, however I will communicate in advance when I'm in. Other things to note If I'm around and I've got time I'm happy to act as a tour guide and give lifts! Just ask me :)
