Kapsali Kamara Beach House is a 5 bedroom beachfront residence set inside a 12th century storehouse, right in the middle of the popular promenade at Kapsali. Conveniently located seconds from restaurants and shops, and mere footsteps to one of the best beaches on the island, it is the perfect place for ease of enjoyment for families and adventurers alike, and the ideal place to enjoy your Greek island holiday. The space The house can accommodate either a large family holiday, group of friends or a couple wanting to get away from it all. It is fully self-contained with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a large air-conditioned living area which boasts the original 12th century stone arches. There is a full luxury kitchen with marble benchtops, a dining area with a stunning custom made 10-12 seater dining table, and an air-conditioned lounge area with 2 large sofas (additional beds), a daybed, a tv, and board and beach games. Just outside the front door is Kapsali promenade and in less than 10 steps you are on the beach! Bedrooms: Each bedroom has either a king bed, queen bed or bunk beds, wardrobes and plenty of storage for your clothes. One bedroom has an en-suite with toilet and shower. Dining: The dining area has a full custom made wooden dining table constructed from aged ceiling beams and chairs that can comfortably seat 10 - 12 people for those large Greek family fiestas. The large artisan wall clock brings in the heritage and story of the building. Living Area: The living area has 2 large built in sofas that double as additional beds. The reverse cycle air-conditioning cools the area and creates a comfortable haven to sit and relax whilst gazing out the arched windows at the boats in the harbour and sparkling blue waters. The perfect place to indulge in a lazy afternoon siesta in this beautiful oasis. When you awake you can enjoy an afternoon dip in the crystal clear Mediterranean sea within minutes, making this the easiest holiday you will ever experience. There is plenty of entertainment with books, board games such as backgammon on offer as well as a large screen TV with USB port. The doors and windows have privacy tinting and double glazing with additional shutters so you may close out the bustle of Kapsali if you choose to. There is an additional fly-screen door if you wish to have the main doors open whilst enjoying the relaxing sea breeze. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is complete with everything you need for your holiday, including a fan forced oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, fridge and all cooking requirements. Perfect for creating a mezes for 2 or a full Greek feast from local products for the whole family. Bathrooms and Laundry: There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house, with 4 toilets and 3 showers. The large rear bathroom has an 8kg washing machine. There is a separate drying area on the top level with an 8kg dryer if required. Children: Kapsali Kamara Beach House is perfect for children as it is seconds from the beach and restaurants, so there is no need for piling in and out of the car with a full day’s worth of beach toys, towels and clothes! You can go back and forth to the Blue Flag family friendly Kapsali Beach throughout the day with ease. You can enjoy a day trip on Glass Bottom Boat to Hytra, the famous birthplace of Aphrodite, or a ride on the paddle boats, or even a scuba dive for kids over 8 years of age. The kids are sure to enjoy their time with all this at their doorstep. Other things to note Due to the perfect location in the middle of the promenade at Kapsali, there is some potential for residual noise in the living area. Any noise generally will not reach the bedrooms and can be substantially blocked out by closing the doors but leaving the shutters open to still enjoy the view.
