An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings, or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located right on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish. We're here for you 24/7 on the phone, so don't hesitate to call with any problem. The space The cottage has been in our family for about 200 years and that is why you can meet the ghosts of my ancestors here :) That is why the cottage has a soul. The cottage is completely renovated and was used for permanent residence, so you will not miss anything. It comfortably sleeps 12 people. You also have a lockable space for bicycles. The cottage can be used all year round.
