Absolute calm, no one opposite. 3 bedrooms, baby room and independent outbuilding. 15 min from Tarbes and Bagnères-de-Bigorre. Ideal for relaxation & nature. The space Discover our family home, designed for comfort and conviviality. It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto a spacious living-dining room that can seat up to 8 people. The TV area features a flat-screen TV and a large sofa that can seat up to 8 guests, ideal for relaxing as a group. For sleeping, the house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and TV, as well as a bedroom specifically for babies. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a double sink. The real highlight of the house is its outdoor area: a large terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining even in the event of a downpour. An XXL garden set awaits you for convivial aperitifs, as well as a dartboard for your leisure time. Finally, deck chairs are available for you to relax by the pool and fully enjoy its sunny beach. Finally, an outbuilding can be used upon request; it consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Everything is secure, with a camera, a motorized gate, and a fenced garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for our walk-in closet, which remains private for our personal belongings. Of course, all amenities are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible: coffee machine, washing machine, and everything you need for everyday use. We also provide you with linens for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We have pets (dog and cat), so we do not allow other pets during your stay. In a spirit of kindness and trust, we will simply ask you to feed our cat while we are away. Our dog, meanwhile, will be looked after by our parents. We offer our home for rent for a minimum period of one week. Depending on the length of your stay, my father may stop by from time to time to maintain the pool and, if necessary, the garden. Finally, we would like to inform you that the house is equipped with outdoor cameras and a motorized gate. We guarantee that the cameras will be used with full respect for your privacy. We are leaving our bikes available; 2 adults and 2 children.
