My house is in a Safe Neighbourhood , walking distance (2km) from Spar and Bay West Shopping Centre . Only 20 km from Beach. I have 1 double bed in Private Room, and single Bed in Entertainment Area, that can accommodate 3 people. The space Our Area is very Safe. Lots of people run or walk their dogs after work in the afternoon. The Bay West Shopping Centre is 2km from my house. Walking Distance. In the Centre there is Seafood Restaurants, Sushi Bars etc. There is a Movie House as well. Guest access I have a big house, of which I make available to Guests, a Private Bedroom and a Single Bed in a very Big Entertainment Area. You will have access to the Bathroom , Kitchen , TV Room and Entertainment Area. I also have Beautiful part of Garden with Bench and Washing LIne - Photo's provided. During your stay I will help my Guests as much as possible. Guide them , give advice.
