The Bernadettes gîte

Want to discover Auvergne? This country house bordering the departments of Cantal and Haute-Loire is for you! It is located in APCHAT, in the hamlet of "Féchal", a small village 6 km from the Parc Animalier d'Auvergne. *10 minutes away is BLESLE, a village ranked as one of the most beautiful in France. *Two rivers 6 km away: swimming, fishing *For ski lovers, 2 resorts: Super Besse (Puy de Dôme) 1 hour away, Le Lioran (Cantal) 1 hour 15 minutes away *Hiking trails (12 km "Les Trois Vallées") at the gates of the vacation rental. The space The gîte consists of: * On the ground floor: equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, filter coffee maker and coffee pods, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, pancake maker, waffle iron. - A sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi - A toilet, - A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with sink and shower, - a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron. * Upstairs two bedrooms with double beds and closets, - A relaxation area with TV and sofa bed, - A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. * Adjoining the house is an old unheated shed converted into a games room where you will find a sofa to relax on, a table with chairs, and a pool table, a ping pong table, table football, and a dart game for your entertainment. Please feel free to ask me any questions; I'll be happy to answer them! 😀 Guest access The vacation home is located 6 km from the national road and 18 km (15-20 minutes) from the highway, easily accessible either via St Germain Lembron (63), Lempdes sur Alagnon (43), or Massiac (15). You can park safely in the courtyard; it is enclosed. If you are coming from the North of France, we advise you to go through Saint-Germain-Lembron and then Ardes, even if the GPS directs you to the Lempdes sur Allagnon exit; the access is more direct. 6 km away you will find all the shops and essential services (grocery store, butcher shop, bakery, tobacco shop, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, pizzeria, gas station, bank, charging station for electric cars, etc.) Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided Childcare equipment to accommodate babies or toddlers is available upon request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub, bed rail, changing table). Small, clean pets that will respect the cottage will be allowed. We prefer that they not be left alone in the house. (A surcharge of €20 is requested.)
