This beautiful studio has been fully renovated and arranged to offer a real cozy and comfortable cocoon. Ideally located less than 10 minutes from the train station and the historic city center of Bourges. Nearby you will have access to many shops and services (supermarket, restaurants, gym, cinema, etc.). For a moment you can also enjoy a nice walk in the marshes or an impromptu visit to our sumptuous cathedral.
