The fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy the house with simplicity and pleasure: you will find everything you need for cooking, as well as a moka coffee pot, kettle and dishwasher. The living room is a cosy space, with exposed beams and classic Tuscan-style furnishings embellished with contemporary details. Here you can relax after a day spent in Florence and the countryside, read a book or enjoy an evening in front of the Smart TV, immersed in an atmosphere that combines tradition and comfort. Going up to the first floor, you will find the sleeping area. The first double bedroom, bright and quiet, has air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. Next to it, a second single bedroom and a second bathroom complete this floor, making it ideal for families or small groups who want privacy and comfort. Continuing up another flight of stairs (these are steeper), you reach the attic, a charming and cosy space, where there is a second cosy and characteristic double bedroom. Here too, air conditioning ensures maximum comfort, while the furnishings reflect local tradition with a refined and harmonious style. The maximum height of the attic is 1.80 metres and it is lower at the sides, as you can see in the photos. Please note that Wi-Fi coverage may not be available in the attic. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for moments of relaxation. You will find towels, a hairdryer and a welcome kit. The second bathroom has a comfortable shower and is also equipped with towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
