Sommarbukt Tind – Fjord panorama near Tromsø

Wake up with the fjord outside the window, fall asleep under the northern lights. Tind is the tallest house in Sommarbukt, overlooking the Ulsfjord, with an unobstructed view all the way to the Lyngsalpen – north of the Arctic Circle, but not lacking in comfort: fireplace, floor heating and panoramic windows from the kitchen to the bedroom. Space for 6, a private jetty on the fjord, and if you want, you can arrive directly from the water by motorboat. Four-legged friends are welcome here. The space Tind is our centerpiece in Sommarbukt: a modern log cabin built for the view. From the open kitchen to the living area with a fireplace to the gallery, you have the fjord and the mountains in view on every level. Three bedrooms with queen-size beds, wooden floors and underfloor heating ensure that it always stays comfortably warm inside, even when it's below freezing outside. You can end the evening on the terrace with a mountain view, whether with a coffee under the midnight sun in summer or wrapped in a blanket under dancing northern lights in winter. If you want to go out on the water: The shared jetty is just a few steps away, and on request, we can arrange a motorboat for your own fjord tour. A washer and dryer are available, and a private parking spot directly at the house, including an electric charging station, makes getting here easy. And because the house is also intended to be a temporary home for families with animals: dogs and cats are welcome with us. Guest access The whole house is exclusively available to you – private entrance, private parking with electric charging station right outside the door. Check-in is uncomplicated via electronic door lock, and you will receive the code well in advance of arrival. The shared fjord jetty is within walking distance, ideal for an evening walk or the boat tour. Other things to note Minimum stay 3 nights. Check in from 15:00, check out by 10:00. Non-smoking house. Motorboat bookable on request. Tromsø Airport (TOS) is 67 km or about 50 minutes by car – perfect to combine the arrival with a first drive through the fjord landscape.
