The location is the ideal base for nature, excursions and relaxation. The following highlights await you: - Detached vacation home -Fully equipped kitchen - Balcony & outdoor terrace with gas grill - Smart TV, foosball, basketball & ping pong - Various hiking and cycling trails - Near Lake Laach, Koblenz and Nürburgring The space The Eifel Lodge is a detached, exclusively usable vacation home and is divided as follows: Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and accessories. Adjacent is the dining room with access to the balcony, which is equipped with seating and is ideal for breakfast or a relaxing break. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV and a beanbag and invites you to linger. In addition, a guest toilet is available. Upper floor: On this level there are three bright bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box spring double bed and a dresser. Also on this floor is the daylight bathroom with shower. In the hallway there is also another sofa bed for additional needs. Basement floor: In the basement there is a foosball table that provides entertainment for all ages. A laundry room with washing machine is also available for free use. Outside space: At the back of the house, a spacious terrace with seating for up to eight people invites you to relax. Facilities include a gas barbecue, ping pong table and basketball hoop. The adjacent garden completes the outdoor area. In front of the house there are about three outdoor parking spaces available on the property. In addition, there is a single garage with an electric gate that is conveniently operated by radio remote control. Guest access The booking includes the entire vacation home and all previously described areas can be fully used. Check-in is done independently by means of a key box.
