OLD VILLAGE HOUSE WITH POOL AND LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN WITH TREES

Character house from the 19th century located in the center of a typical Languedoc village in the heart of the vineyards. You can enjoy great privacy and pleasant volumes. The swimming pool is ideally located to enjoy the sun all day. It is a family house which is therefore very well equipped (kitchen utensils, board games, ...). In the winery, access to table football, table tennis, darts. A grocery store and a pharmacy are within walking distance in the village. There are many hiking trails in the vicinity as well as many remarkable historic sites within 30 minutes: city of Carcassonne, Fontfroide Abbey, Lagrasse Abbey, city of Minerve. Our family also produces wine at Château Tourril in AOC Minervois, which is available on request (you have a 5% discount as a tenant). Tasting possible on request. The adjoining house can also be rented and can accommodate 8 additional people. A dormitory room with bathroom can also be made available to you in the event of a large group (100 € / Day without sheets). Possibility to rent the weekend in the months of May, June, September and October (minimum two nights).
