The Warehouse on Love Street is a newly renovated property with exceptional style and comfort! It is located in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Troy. The Warehouse was originally built in the 1930's as a pecan shelling and processing facility where it was used for many years as such. Throughout the years, the Warehouse has been known to have been used for pecan processing, a garage, an art studio, as well as a lab for hunting and environmental resources. We excitedly jumped on the opportunity to purchase The Warehouse and renovate the property into what it is today. The Warehouse sleeps 1 to 6 people and it has an open floor plan for the living area with a spacious full kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a plush king sized bed and a full bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bathroom. The living area also provides a sofa couch for an additional sleeping area. This large space is ideal for visiting Downtown Troy, Troy University, The City of Troy and surrounding areas. We look forward to your visit! As a guest of the Warehouse, you have complete access to all that in entails, including a private garage for raised vehicles and a private deck from the master bedroom.
