House Marlene - Temporary home – in Bad Münder

Welcome to the Marlene House! Cozy apartment in the heart of Bad Münder – perfect for families, couples, fitters and craftsmen. Space for large, small and also the four-legged favorite guest🐾. Centrally located between Deister and Süntel, close to downtown, spa park, Feldmark and shopping. Great for switching off or working!High-speed Internet! : arrive, feel good, breathe. Due to many inquiries: Magenta TV is of course available The space Your place – place to feel good (for two and four-legged friends) You will stay in your own apartment in the house with plenty of space to arrive, unwind and enjoy your holiday. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus a cozy living area with 2 pull-out sofa beds can accommodate up to 6 people – comfortable, relaxed and without tetris while packing suitcases. Guest access Rural, lively & loving – your temporary home Your apartment is located in a charming old farmhouse (apartment building) with a total of four other apartments – including me, your landlord. I live on the first floor with my dog Mira. No worries for all allergy sufferers: 🐶 Mira uses a separate house entrance and is therefore practically invisible to you. If you like, you can get to know her very well – she is super sociable, likes to be petted and is happy about small and large guests. ⸻ 🚜 Farm life – see yes, hear rather not A service provider has currently rented some barns on the farm. You may see him, but usually do not hear him - he is on the road during the day with his customers in and around Bad Münder. In addition, there are five rented garages. These are also more decorative than a permanent audience😉. ⸻ 🌿 Being outside & breathing deeply The areas around the house offer plenty of space to play, romp, relax or simply do nothing. The terrace invites you to a cozy get-together or barbecue. Outdoor toys are available and can be rented. Other things to note Host with heart, motivation & 5-star destination As a young, highly motivated host, my biggest goal is to provide you with an all-round successful stay and – if I may – a real 5-star feeling. I have been preparing for my vacation apartment & apartments adventure for months. The project is still young (start 2026), so there is currently no full shelf of reviews. Please don't be deterred by this – on the contrary: your honest feedback is worth its weight in gold! If something is not perfect, tell me. I want to get better, not clairvoyant😉.
